I don't think Seven7 is spreading malware, the sites are pretty known for doing the exact opposite.

Adblock are sold, and no longer blocking the sites that paid to adblock - use ublock instead
advertising blockers lists do people, and people make mistakes or malicious intent to deceive - it is a known type of attack on reputation services - poisoning
special cause - false positive, it happen every day

Antivirus companies compete with each other, and can contribute to the signature of competitors in the database as a trojan

Avz and adwcleaner as an AV program contains a rootkit (avz also contains a guard - because it is designed to run on the infected computer with an active counteraction to the treatment, as there is a polymorphic encrypted version to protect against viruses that do any other anti-virus software deleted for a couple of seconds, except live CD|USB)

and, if when you mouseover the link, it automatically starts downloading, I have bad news for you: no one antivirus will not protect you (even so good as bitdefender), if you did not find time to configure your computer's security policy...
