rust item store how does it work?

So i would like to purchase the game rust and so im wondering if i buy a gun or 2 on the item store. Do i always spawn in with the item(s)? Or do i have to keep purchasing them? I haven't played rust before and im just wondering. Basically im just wonderingabout how they work. Please and thank you :)

From my underestanding, you buy global schematics in the store. They are purely cosmetic with no added bonuses over the origial local schematics.

They global schematics are only usable on a server, after having found and made(?) the local schematic one time. After that, you have to make the global schematic item, the same as the local ones.

For more information, I suggest posting in the Rust forums as the users there are more likely to have more detailed answers and experiance with the system.
