Failed to load steamui localization file!
I did everything called as "solution." Deleted files ClientRegistryblob.dll, steamclient.dll, steamUİ.dll, libswscale-3.dll. But i just couldn't start Steam at all. It's say "extracting package/Installing Files..." bla bla etc when i click the steam shortcut only. I don't want to re-install all my games or uninstall Steam. ıt takes too long time as you know. Why Steam this doing to us for no reason?

Thank you for all information you have given to me but im not using any of this software you mentioned. Just using avast as a anti-virus software and i closed all shields, tried to open steam but seen the same problem, again.

First you said you are not using any of the software that was mentioned.

Then you said you are using Avast. So in fact, you ARE using software that was mentioned, right ?

Avast is on the list. You can try to disable it temporarily, but make sure Steam is allowed as an exception in Avast. If that does not help, the linked page says to temporarily uninstall it to test the issue.

Try this...

Boot your PC into safe mode WITH networking, and try to log in and use the Steam client that way.

You can stay in that boot mode and come back here to post the results of that.
