Also, if you use TeamSpeak, it can cause mic issues. See this list for other problematic software.

But the problem is from NVIDIA GeForce Experience Beta
My NVIDIA version was 2.5.15.54, and I've changed the brazilian language (obviously because I'm brazilian) to english language, and he updated to 2.7.3.0, didn't know how or why.
Before it was the Shadowplay button, and this makes me feel confused to disable a different button, or maybe something who didn't appear.
I changed the language just to print screen and post here to help
Also, my mic on steam "still not working" (even with the experience share disabled), and I continue to use skype and teamspeak without problem.

I've restated my computer and nothing worked. :/
The "Realtek HD Audio 2nd output" is the same to skype and ts, both work normally, only "Detect audio device" (Steam) doesn't work, and "Test Microphone" who shows any difference on audio bars.
I even tried to play DotA 2 with my friends, and no one has listened to me for at least 3 games, even trying to configure when I'm respawning lol
(I'm posting this on NVIDIA forum too, and sorry for my bad english).
Disabling sure wasn't enough for me.
PS: Brazilian too.
You can go the extreme route and re-install windows..
