Report a translation problem
Do not play the game, as you MUST conform to the refund terms - play less than 2 hours and have bought it within the previous 14 days.
So do that and wait for the refund. Then you can do it again.
There's only certain DLCs and bits that are prohibited mostly from refund.
If yours is a game, whether pre-relase or not, you can still refund it.
Not if they played the Advanced Access.

OP already started playing it before release.
When outside refund policy just go to your history select game, choose refund click on "I have question about this" then explain why want a refund.
The pre-order packs (Early Access Pack - Standard and Early Access Pack - Ultimate) that granted Advanced Access were up until its release.
