accidentally purchased throne and liberty with my card instead of my steam balance

I dont know how this happened, but I sold a cs skin to buy throne of liberty early. I had a 35 dollar steam balance and tried to use 15 from my debit card for the rest of the purchase, but I guess I screwed up. I dont know how to contact support to see if I can fix this. There isn't an option on the support page for any problem like this

Request a refund through the refund procedure.

Do not play the game, as you MUST conform to the refund terms - play less than 2 hours and have bought it within the previous 14 days.

So do that and wait for the refund. Then you can do it again.

Too late lol. Also this game in particular cannot be refunded since it was "early access" or whatever? Idk. It's impossible to refund it thuogh.

It being Early Access wouldn't change it's eligiblity. You going over the 2HR/2WK threshold would.

No it isin't.

There's only certain DLCs and bits that are prohibited mostly from refund.

If yours is a game, whether pre-relase or not, you can still refund it.

Try a manual ticket ("I have a question about this purchase") instead of the regular "I want to refund" one and explain as above; perhaps support will make an exception.

So like didn't felt like spending 30 seconds to request a refund, or went out of Steam refund policy? There no harm doign refend request incase didn't know.

When outside refund policy just go to your history select game, choose refund click on "I have question about this" then explain why want a refund.

First off it is a free to play game and secondly right on the store page "This product is not eligible for refund" for all the purchasable content.

The pre-order packs (Early Access Pack - Standard and Early Access Pack - Ultimate) that granted Advanced Access were up until its release.
