Try posting a single dot, then edit it into your intended answer (that you should have ready to copy in, obviously). Maybe that works.
I've had this a few times where I can't respond, and like Jerry suggest posting a single character response then editing it afterward can often get round it.
Otherwise, I don't know what else to suggest.

When I dislike a game, I just uninstall it and move on with my life.
And that's why you are not in a free country and why you waste so many hours trying and uninstall games. You can't rely on reviews, people are not free to write them.
When you downloaded Steam you AGREED to the terms of use. As such this means you must abide by the rules. You didn't and these are the consequences of that.

Valve extended game hub bans to reviews mainly due to users going RAGE MODE after getting banned in the game hub.
