I CANT GET ACCESS TO DEADLOCK

I wanna know if I'm the only one with this problem. I have been invited several times by several people and I still haven't gotten access to the game Deadlock.

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Does anybody maybe know how to fix this issue?

What could a reason possibly be? I've never had any issues with steam in my 10 years of using the platform. This seems really odd to me. Thanks for your reply tho!

Any number of reasons really. There have been quite a few people that didn't get invites even after multiple different people tried for over a week.

I wonder if it has something to do with Steam Guard. I activated it in order to post an invite request, and still haven't enabled Authenticator

Or maybe it's my lack of post history

I mean you can go on my account and see that I've had this steam account for 10 years now and I really can't figure out why it wouldn't work. It's been half a week for me and yea idk.

Come on, I received access to the deadlock, I sent access to my friends who are in my Steam family and none of them received it, I believe that if you have someone in your Steam family who has the game, Steam automatically identifies that you already have access and You don't receive the invitation.

As in the family, only I have the game, I left the family and told someone to invite my friends to see if that works, if it works I'll respond here

No one needs to be in your Steam Families group.

Steam Families has nothing to do with invites.

having a similar issue. all members but the one who received the initial invite are not receiving invites. not sure if it's a coincidence or not

invite page also claims those members already have access?

I'm also experiencing this. There doesn't seem to be an obvious reason why. I've had several people invite me, including my roommate who got in, he also invited our friend group, everyone but me got in. I have no idea why. I can't seem to find a reason online either. I saw a post from roughly 2 months ago that showed someone also having this issue, and they never stated that they got in.

I really hope someone figures this out or at the very least, just straight up tells us no.
