Can't install a game on Steam ("An error occurred while launching this game: Game configuration unavailable")

Hello. Today I was trying to install a game (https://store.steampowered.com/app/3043220/Portal_Lost_in_Aperture/) But it wouldn't install showing me the errror "An error occurred while launching this game: Game configuration unavailable".

Yes, I own both Portal and Portal 2.

Can I have any help? Thanks

Mines a new installation............i did it just to check out the mod

At least i get to play the main game again

I dont know people say I got both portals loaded the mod is for portal 1 only so its doesnt help
