Is it possible to gift Mortal Kombat 11 from China to an account without a region or a Ukrainian region?

You are free to try, steam will tell you whether you can do it or not, but the rule is that you cannot gift a game to people who have too much gap in their currency with you (either too high or too low).

The workaround is to buy them a digital gift card.

https://store.steampowered.com/digitalgiftcards/selectgiftcard

It will automatically converted to their currency.

my problem is iwant mk11 and its ban on UAH currency so i decide to try buy this game as a gift

You can't gift a game that's banned/not for sale where the recipient lives.

Region Restrictions
. Due to regional price differences, some gifts cannot be sent to recipients located in other purchase regions. Territory restrictions are noted on the Steam Store page. Steam Support cannot make changes to territory or language restrictions.

Wait, did you just say you have an account that's set to far away from where you actually are?

No, I didnt say that. So it is impossible for me to buy it. I have to create an account with Region China, it doesn't get better than this

In that case you might delete your account right now to save yourself the hassle. You don't even have a Chinese method of payment. Or an address. And you are NOT IN CHINA.

Please.

Your issue here isn't a lack of funds. The game is not made available for you in your region. That's that not a financial crisis issue.

But you do you. If your account gets locked for SSA violations, don't act like it's anyone else's fault but your own.

If i were you, i would save that money for a bottle of water or food as you name says. It is not worth losing your account over buying a dumb game that is banned in a certain country. I mean there are so many games nowadays, they have a choice too. So your friend is going to get you banned. I would not call that a friend, more like a delinquient.
