draw buffer on Civ 3

I got a message, unable to draw buffer, terminating the game. not sure what that means.
I think its saying that I have a memory problem? if not, please correct me,

Most assume all have game requirements for such a old game.

validate game intergrity of files and update GPU card driver and reset of the pc BIOS and chipset driver and check windows is update.

Dont get cort in other pc issue, ( google them cmd if needed how to do )

Dont forget MS VC++ update, ( steam and game devs is outdate on this area. MS have change they ways and use a lateest version from 2015+ , and game devs might point at old one.

And older games point at even older VC++ from past 2015.

ps.
SFC do not check VC++ issue, afaik, then this is a thirdpart app not part of OS and a none gaming pc do not have them installed at all. ( you need a app that require them )

yeah, i was about to say that, but old games don't have many steam user or reader's in them anymore.

Its CIV3 , atm. the last is civ VII, thats the problem today not many there anymore.
