New computer what will happen to my save data?

I'm going to buy a new computer soon, I wanted to know if my game saves are backed up in the cloud or if I have to transfer them manually

and if so, how do I do that?

If games use cloud saves they are on the cloud. For games that don't use cloud savs youll need to back them yourself, recommend you lookup gamesavemanager to make that easier

So if it has a cloud status with the cloud symbol, is my data stored there?

each will be its own issue....some games have it a lot of older games do NOT.....you could always back up your save files in the MY DOCUMENTS folder.....i would do this no matter what as it makes getting everything back up and running a lot faster.....if you up graded monitors you may see issues with some games with resolution changing and the save files having your old settings but nothing major.....
