Fake Vac ban?
I woke up from a nap to find that my pfp, name and description was changed. My pfp said "VAC" and my name was a whole bunch of numbers. My description was "Vac Ban pending" or something like that. However I was able to change my name, pfp and description back...Could this have been someone else on my account that changed these things?

DO NOT TRADE ANYTHING
YOUR ACCOUNT IS COMPROMISED

1. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

2. Change your password

3. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

4. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
(There should be nothing in the APIKEY)

You account was compromised that means you clicked on a fake trading website or fake steam that snatched your password change it and don’t trade because it will send the items to a bot.

It takes more than clicking. You have to give them your login information, including your authenticator code.

Pretty much this. Anyone that had their account hijacked claiming otherwise is either lying to everyone or lying to themselves.

Weeeeelllllll this isn't entirely true. I've seen people claim their account was hijacked via forgetting to log out at a public terminal. I'd believe that to be possible.

Anyone who is claiming their account was hacked is either lying to you or lying to themselves.
