Friend can't join a group :: Help and Tips

Friend can't join a group

Despite inviting him, and later giving him the link to join the group himself, he's unable to join. He also can't seem to join any other group.

He's not receiving any error message, and has tried from the browser as well as client. Any possible solutions?

Im not sure if its really relevant at all.. but dose he own any games at all? also is he in any group all ready?

Thanks for responding! He owns plenty games, even more than me. Also, he is in no grups.

if he ignored it the first time he can not get invited again , make the group public a minute so he can join.

I actually re-made the group. I don't think it would still apply, but maybe so. I'll try that.

that or he does not have the words to say I don't want to be in a group and fakes the bug :)

he could have some sort of suspension restricting him of course.

Considering that it was his idea to make the group for us, I doubt that'd the problem ;)

I don't know what it could be. He's allowed to do everything else as well as purchase games and add funds but this. Weird.

Well if all that is true tell him to connect support and try to keep trying mean while.. to see if maybe its a server side bug
Also recommend he try in a few days also see if it fix it self

He actually did last night, haha. I don't think he'd be community banned, especially since he doesn't get any errors.

That's probably the best. Thing is this has been going on for half a year so we really have waited more than a few days.
