Paypal hacked through steam
2 days ago I got 5 instances of $50 added to my wallet from my card on file. Got them refunded, removed the card. Left paypal on thinking that should be fine. Today got a paypal notification for over $900 from a hiking supply site. Got that refunded and changed up my passwords for steam and paypal.
Anything else I should look into changing?

I'd take a look at https://haveibeenpwned.com and make sure one of more of your passwords haven't made it into a website hack.

Sounds like your pc is compromised if it keeps happening. I would change your email password also and run malwarebytes. There are also other steps you can take like running a virus scanner in safe mode on your pc. Let me find the list to post on here so you can follow it's instructions to truly clean your pc.

Here you go. Do these steps:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
