Cannot connect to any game servers (online gaming).

I really need help with this ,
I seem to have strange problems with connecting to game servers , sometimes i can sometimes not
Things i have done to overcome the problem:
1-DMZ my static ip on router.
2-Disabled windows firewall and in-router firewalls.
3-Tryed proper portforwarding for certain games.
4-reset winstock or something like that.
5-Updated my adapter driver(for the first time that fixed my probelm but after 3 days i got the same errors )
6-Updated my router frimware.
Just to be obvious my brother can play any online games on the same network via Wi-Fi connection , So im 100% sure that my pc has the problem not the router
I will really appreciate any help with this because i have it for several months and can't find any proper fix.

I deleted AVG 2015 anti virus
all games are affected (Gta v , rocket league , ....)

Hi. I also have this problem. I have tried every trick in the book and Microsoft nor my ISP managed to fix the issue. My laptop works fine but not my PC. The issue literally developed in front of my eyes while playing csgo. First lag, then i simply couldn't move or do anything. Only downloaded packets seemed to get through, nothing uploaded from my pc. In skype nobody could hear me. Now my internet connection is working fine but I still can't connect to any game servers. Have you found a solution?

1-Update Network adapter.
2-Update Router framework.

Haven't been able to figure out how to get a dmz set up with my router, but apart from that I've done almost everything else with no luck

Ok, my internet has just given up now so any fixes will be impossible. Google.co.uk doesnt load, apparently it doesnt exist any more. Only working site is facebook.com, which I'm using to complain about this, and life :P

Did you guys made sure the time on PC is correct
Also did you take a look at your DNS sittings to try to set it manually see if that helps? or connect the ISP and see if its a problem on there end maybe?>

I did check all of that, but I've fixed the issue anyway. I reset my PC so its changed something and its working now
