Here is one post I just found out of many...
http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/617329505861270784/#c458606248621606119
So I suggest fully uninstalling EVERYTHING Killer related there, reboot into normal Windows, then install the DRIVER ONLY and not the Suite or the manager.
Here is a good search result for you...

It's been the same for about 2 minutes.
If it's not too much to ask, would you be able to upload it to mediafire/anyother site so I can try downloading it from there?

It's the killer network driver that I need
Thanks a bunch
You can also check the website for Killer perhaps, and just get the driver. You need to be sure whatever driver you install is fully compatabile with that device and is supported in Windows 10, of course.
Does this look like an official website for Killer to you ? I don't know and I don't want you to donwload any drivers from anywhere except the official manufacturer's website or from MSI. See this link....

You did not answer my question above in post 19.
Also, does the other computer use Killer Manager also ? Are you using ethernet on it also ? Booted into safe mode with networking also ?
That is a whole other computer and so a whole other process to troubleshooting before any real answer can be given. I would also suspect that you could have another issue on that computer that maybe safe boot with networking could resolve, but again, that is a whole other topic than this computer that we have almost fixed the problem with.

EDIT..You can "try" resetting your modem using the tiny reset button recessed into the housing, if that applies to your modem of course, but that may not solve anything for the other computer or this one. The Killer issue is certainly an issue, I can promise you.
If fact, if that was my system, once I got this sorted out, I would look into getting a whole other NIC card and putting into my computer and getting rid of that Killer crap. Just seen it be an issue. AND now you have WIndows 10 that is a whole other OS so going from Windows 7 to Windows 10 with that Killer device...who knows what new issues can come up. Different OS can mean different issues never before seen, you see.
That is why I kept stressing to you to ignore what you saw as working before or not. That is not focusing on the issue, you see. New issues can come up, and any issue requires careful and methodical troubleshooting and NOT assuming, you see. Just saying the truth is all.
The other computer I'm using is an extremely old laptop connected using wifi. I just unsuccessfully attempted to log onto steam on the other computer if that is of any help. The other laptop does not use killer manager and after this if you think I still should, I'll boot it in safe mode and try again. It also wouldn't connect to a teamspeak server I tried to join.
Just be sure to uninstall everything Killer related (it may be a good idea to do that in safe mode and NOT actually safe mode with networking) REBOOT into normal Windows, then install the Killer driver ONLY, just to be clear.
If you connect using ethernet only on the other computer and you still cannot get to that Killer website or MSI either, then that is another process we would have to troubleshoot, you see.
Different computer, different issues 'maybe' but same troubleshooting steps, you see.
Getting a bit ahead of things there don't you think ?
People smoke for years also with no issues at all then one day they get diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.
