HIGH FPS, Low Ping, Still Lags

Low Ping, High FPS, Still lagging
I`ve been playing CS:GO for about 3 months without any problem but the game started to lag a lot in the few weeks. My ping is about 15~45 and my FPS is around 140~180. I`ve tried pingtes.com, no packet loss. All the drivers are updated, I`ve tried to reinstall the game, I use 8GB of RAM to run the game. The temps are good. Tried low graphs. Nothing, the game just freezes for about 1~2 seconds, then gets back, but in this time I die, or something like that. I`ve tried everything. When it freezes, the FPS continue about 140 or drops to 90, but is still high. The same to other games as Age of Empires 2 and 3, and Titanfall from Origin.

CPU Intel I7 - 4700
Nvidia GTX 770M
16 Gb RAM, 2 x 8 GB kinstom

Using a router ? Bypass it and use ethernet only to test this.

EDIT..Also, when giving specs, it is a good idea to also give your OS.

I`m using Win 10, and an Humax HG100R-L2 router

the packet loss is 0% as said by pingtest.net and the cable didn`t worked at all
