Steam trading, how long does it take?

Hey guys, I recently traded some unturned items with a friend, I got the confirmation email and accepted it. He said he did too. I saw that it said the trade will be (up) for a better term for 72 hours. does this mean after 72 hours the trade will go through?

The trade is currently on a hold. After 3 days (72 hours) the items will go to each other. To prevent this in the future you may want to think about using a Mobile Authenticator on your steam profile.

15 days now unless both parties are using the Mobile Authenticator. Or only 1 day if you have been friends for more than a year and someone isn't using the Mobile Authenticator.
