So did that computer get upgraded to Windows 10 or did Windows 10 actually come already installed on it ?
If you don't know, then post the exact model and manufacturer of that computer. If it is a custom build, then post the exact info on the motherboard.

Please excuse me if I am wrong here. But your PC does in fact support W10 so I highly suggest that you check for updated drivers and/or critical BIOS updates that are recommended for your computer.
Checking for updates now gives nothing new to update.
Never let Windows update your drivers unless you have no other choice. Only download and install trusted drivers from the manufacturer's website.
Everything needs to be updated before you can continue to troubleshoot this problem. Otherwise, you may be going in circles as that is most important when troubleshooting computer issues.....to make sure everything is up to date.
Don't forget to check for critical and recommended BIOS updates also.
