There is an app in PlayStore and AppStore that got promoted by Nick Bunyun's YouTube channel that allows you to get 20 bucks free steam cards by clicking on ads or downloading certain sponsored app. It's just like Tapjoy and it's totally legit since Nick showed it himself. Sorry I don't remember the name of the app.
