Bethesda-Games won't start
Hello everyone and a happy new year.

So I have a problem with all my Bethesda-Games (which are Skyrim, Morrowind, ESO and Fallout: New Vegas). Last year in december I bought a new computer. After installing the windows system and new versions of drivers I also want to install some programms and games. But the games won't start. The Skyrim and Fallout Launcher starts, but if I want to start the game it crashs. There's no error message.
If i start ESO there are three error messages.
1.: Error: opening registry key 'Software\JavaSoft\Jave Runtime Environment'
2.: Error: could not find java.dll
3.: Error: Could not find Java SE Runtime Environment.
If i want to install Java, it dosn't open a window.

Sorry for my bad english :D If you need more informations, please write me a message.
Big THANKS to you for helping ♥ (:

The installation doesn't work, or the error still occurs?

The installation doesn't work. It doesn't open any window.

Try running the installer as administrator.

Do you mind if I ask what your operating system and CPU are? Can you open task manager and then run the installer, see if it's running in the background?

I have installed Windows 7 Professional (64-bit). And my CPU is Intel Core i7-4790K.
Ok. If i start the installation there are new 'things' under the tab 'process' and after a short while it closed. But there are many processes open, so i don't see which is closed.
Sounds like maybe your antivirus is interfering with the installation.

Before I installed any antivirus programm, it doesn't work also.
Create an Oracle account and then open a support ticket:

That's the best I can suggest.

Like the good habitualaction touched on above, it sounds as if problematic software may be affecting Steam and games. See this list and read it all carefully. Compare software listed to any you may have and also look for software that you have that is specifically listed.

EDIT..Not really sure how Java can be the problem here on this, but if that is indeed the error message you are getting, then you can try that also.
