Any Possible way to like mouse lock on a game so while playing windowed and move suddenly you dont click out?

I don't have the game, so I have to ask some questions:
Why are you playing in windowed mode? Is there a (borderless) fullscreen windowed mode? Wouldn't it be easier to use that? Or do you use dual monitors?

I'm pretty sure you can't since the point of Windowed Mode is actually to be able to click/tab out of the window. Unless you need to consult something on your screen without clicking on it, in which case I'd suggest plugging a second display to your computer (Fullscreen game on one screen, documents you wanna see on the second one). Obviously that solution might not be exactly the answer you were looking for but that's what I'd do in that given situation. Hopefully that answers your question.

Reason being is that my pc cant handle playing fullscreen and get better frame rate on windowed

Then you could try a third party software like Cursor Lock[www.snakebytestudios.com].

I'm having a similar issue, but with TF2. Windowed, Full-screen; its all the same; and my mouse will randomly assume I've clicked on another window during game play.

-Tf2 doesn't have a border-less full-screen
-Yes, I am using duel displays
-- I'm also on windows 10, and cursor lock appears to have stopped @ Windows vista/7.
