The refund timeframe is 2 hours of playtime OR 14 days. Whichever comes first. If you have passed either one, I'm afraid you no longer qualify for a refund.
DAMN IT, has there been cases of people getting refunded, even if their playtime is only 3 or 4 hours? (wasn't the limit 4 hours before?), I was planning on getting helldivers or dying light, but I didn't really enjoy the game and wanted to refund it, and use the cash for Dying Light.
Sometimes valve staff will get you the refund depending on them. Most times stick to 2 hour playtime limit. Would need to contact staff and see if you can get refund for it.
I canceled the refund request, even if I did get the money back, I don't have enough to get, Dying Light.
oh well, who knows, I might find, HellDivers, fun again in the future, for now it might just sit there in my library for a while.
I already canceled the request, but I do think its automatic, its obvious that there are thousands of people requesting for refunds, and they're not gonna bother reading every extra info the requester adds in. Wasn't the refund system abused to hell when the refund thing first came into steam few months ago?
all things get abused in someway. some people were refunding games from 2014 somehow. anyway best way to see if you can get refund is contacting support which can take ages. if not just keep playing game and see if you like it.
Yeah, people really wanted to get rid of the games they never played, then again, theres a lot of people who buys games on steam, but never plays them, only buys them for the sake of expanding their library.
-looks left and right- I do that. Why I am at 2906 games =).
Well, if I don't get a refund, I'mma be right pissed.
Get ready to be right *****
