I found a video that they play gta 5 on similar spec as my computer and it can run it on low, but thanks for your response anyway.

Again, what are your system specs? Similar is not the same and there are a few very important factors.

Can you please answer the question asked already ? You cannot compare games like that. Just because your system can run game A means nothing quite often with game B.

Never can understand why people don't answer questions meant to try to help them....total mystery.

I forgot that its not computer but it is laptop. My laptop specs is:
Intel i5-4210u 1.70ghz boots to 2.4ghz
8gb ram
Intel hd graphics 4400

In that case, forget GTA V.
The game requires a Quadcore CPU. You only have a dualcore CPU and one with very low performance on top.
The game requires a dedicated videocard. You only have an integrated videochip.

System Requirements
MINIMUM:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, 11)
Storage: 65 GB available space
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible

Game also requires a 64 bit OS, so we can only assume you have that since your computer has 8 GB of RAM.

These are the minimum requirements for GTA V. So no way you can play it.

My pc can run gta V on very low settings, but can't hold arma 3... i think the cause is bad processor

He has surface pro 2 with intel hd 4400 and 4gb ram
