Didnt recieve the cards. :: Help and Tips

Didnt recieve the cards.

I did my queue and did not recieve a trading card. I dont know why this is happening.. Any ideas? I have 6 different steam accounts all with CSGO and it worked on 2 of them but the other 4 i cannot collect my cards for..

You have to be level 5 or higher to get it

It's actually level 8, tested it with a level 5 account a couple of days ago, no cards. Raised it to level 8, got the cards. Steam did this last year too.

same here. I managed to collect them the first day of the sale, today as well, but not yesterday even though I did finish the queue

This has happened to me today and yesterday. It says I get cards, but they don't show up in my inventory.

I do the queues every day and, although the Steam says I've got a card, it has never showed up in my inverntory. I'm lvl 3...

You need to be level 8.

The queue only resets at 10am PST. Did you do the queue before or after that time? Yesterday's queue should still be available for another 4½ hours, so now would be the time to get the cards.

Oh the time thing might be why, tried it now and got a card. Weird though because it says I get like 6-10 cards for some reason. Do you know why that is?

If you used the discovery queue earlier in the sale, but were not a high enough level to collect the cards, you will get all the cards you qualified for retroactively upon completing the queue.
