Don't want Dungeon of the Endless. Played 17 minutes. Put in request only for that game. Get this response:

Submitted again. Same issue. PLAYTIME FOR PLANTS VS ZOMBIES IS NOT PLAY TIME FOR DUNGEON OF THE ENDLESS. Your automated system or employee that is reviewing this is making a serious mistake. At this point I'd like Don't Stave and Transistor refunded as well.

OP out of interest why didn't you like Dungeon of the Endless? I added it to wishlist and was thinking about buying it but was in two minds... if it's ♥♥♥♥, why ?

I think it is due to the fact that it is a rogue-like which I guess I never caught on to. Also there are alot of mechanics in it to learn and I just don't have the time lately to learn all the minute details, which in this kind of game will just get you killed over and over.

Hindsight 20/20?l Yes people, if you purchase your games via CC, do not do them in bulk. Steam's play time determination will convert your money into much less valuable wallet bucks. Very very very very very very dissapointed in this misleading system.

For rogue like fans it is apparently a solid hit. I dont know if I just have ADD or a lack of time due to school and work, but I felt this was a hefty time investment. Check out Faster Than Light if you want a rogue like space sort of game.

I realised I bought that other game because I must have checked the recent patches and thought the issues had been resolved. I'll check out faster than light though, I think there's a very good reason most of these games are going so cheap haha

Maybe you should have look a little closer and noticed that none of those games were actually in a bundle, but just purhcased at the same time. I guess you really just wanted to call someone else an idiot. Happy holidays.

Under 2 hours and you can get a refund. Purchased ALONGSIDE other games? Well if one of those other games is over 2 hours then nothing purchased in that transaction can be refunded. Show me where this is stated because I may have missed it.

Like it was already stated above, you need to refund to your steam wallet.
Credit Card transaction can only be refunded as a whole. If you refund just the single game to wallet it will work 100%.

I also stated above that I have since done this successfully. CC refunds get denied on multi game purchases if ONE game goes over 2 hours. Steam wallet will be the only way out. Steam, unlike every other retailer I've dealt with, cannot do partial CC refunds.

Purchase 1 game at a time (if possible) otherwise you aren't getting money refunded to anything other than the steam wallet.

I just want to get this reply here for others who are in a similar situation to see. No more repliies are necessary.
