Elder Scrolls Anthology - Extra Steam Game Copies
Alright. So a few weeks back, i had purchased the Elder Scrolls Anthology and saw that it came with a Steam activation code. Most of the games (all, actually, except for Skyrim) were already in my Steam Library. I was wondering if i could get extra copies of the games that i was supposed to get, but didn't due to me already having them in my Steam library. So, i believe that it is Morrowind Game of the Year Edition and Oblivion Game of the Year Edition. I'm sure someone knows exactly which games are part of the anthology's Steam activation.

I hope this all makes sense...

You don't get extra copies of games you already have in your library.

I'm aware that you don't get extra copies of games you already own. But since i was SUPPOSED to get Morrowind and Oblivion with the Steam activation, i was just hoping that someone from Steam support would see if i could get those extra copies to distribute as gifts or something. And i do have a second account, anyway. It's just so the Steam copies don't go to waste. If i can claim these copies, then why not? Especially if i was supposed to get them, anyway.

Nope, no chance. It does not matter if you buy a bundle on Steam or activate some bundle key, you dont get any additional copys of a game if you already own it. If you activate that key those games go "poof". Was always this way, will always be this way, no exeptions. Sorry.

No. When activating a retail copy, or when purchasing a bundle and already owning some of that bundles contents, you do not get exta copies in your inventory to gift to others.
