steelseries moments glitching?

idk if it's a bug or if it's my pc, all my moments are glitching, ingame they are green glitching and on the desktop they are blackscreen glitching.

i mean, if i go into my profile on their website and then in "my tickets", i have a button called "contact us", i click it and get forwarded to the website you linked, then i go down to my related problem and all i get is quick answered option but there's nowhere a "open a ticket" or anything like this button.

this is so stupid........

why can't i just open a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ticket by clicking on "open a ticket" or something like that??????

I tried with support, they told me few things I tried but still have problem.

I will try to reinstall windows.
