My Ubisoft Account got Hacked, and Ubisoft is not responding!!

A week ago my Ubisoft account got hacked, they immediately changed the password and email of my account, I've sent a few of Ubisoft's Account Recovery Form, but none of them have been answered. I really want to get my account back, but it seems like there's nothing I could do to get it back. Can anyone help me with this problem?

i have same problem as you, they hacked my email to get the verification. But my steam still linked to the ubisoft games which is Rainbow Six Siege. I dont know what to do. Ubisoft seems pretty helpless

You can ONLY go through Ubisoft. So whether they're good or useless is moot. YouHAVE to use them.

I contacted support, I brought all the invoices to prove that I bought that game but they say that I am not the account owner because I don't provide the OTPs that they send to the email and phone number associated with the account hacked

Could you please help? Ubisoft asked me for a code they sent to account's phone number (probably had been changed).
Now I do have:
- Some confirmation email of purchased games (since 2015).
- I can still login some Ubisoft games from Steam because I linked my accounts together.
- I do know the Ubisoft account name (the hacker hasn't changed it) and its new email (because I can login Uplay app through Steam games).
