Is this a scam?

So, I'll be honest I'm not the sharpest or shiniest tool in the shed. I had this guy message me today saying I was "Marked as a scammer". he said he made a ticket and after like 10 minutes said the ticket was answered and that I should friend some guy that is apparently affiliated with steam and talk to him to check the items in my inventory to ensure i wasnt traded a scammed or iligal item.

The only method for you to even speak with Steam is through their Support Ticket System. Anyone asking you to instead talk to any account on Steam or Discord which anyone anywhere could just make if they want is blatantly trying to scam you.

Report the profile, block them, and move on.

If they had reported you Valve would investigate and see it's BS and nothing would happen. Cops don't come knocking and give you 24 hours hours to hide any illegally obtained products before they arrest you do they? They' just arrest you.
