OP please explain to us all, what do you not understand of the information given regarding the account recovery do you not understand. First time you asked was in 2020 and people gave you information. then you were dead quiet until June 2024, asking again regarding the recovery of an account. keep in mind, people can see your post history

If you're unable to do it - find someone who will do it for you (friends/family).

true. and the scary part is, in another one of OP threads i mentioned that i got three kids 9, 13 & 15 year old kids (two was my nieces and one my mom's friend son) to see if they can follow the guide to recover my account, just out of curiosity if kids can follow the guide. and all three could follow it no problem. yes i went and changed all my passwords and things afterwards but still, if three minors can help someone to get someones account then OP should have at least have a friend or family member to help him to recover his account. besides creating all these threads and out right refuse help/documentation given (aka trolling)
