OP please explain to us all, what do you not understand of the information given regarding the account recovery do you not understand. First time you asked was in 2020 and people gave you information. then you were dead quiet until June 2024, asking again regarding the recovery of an account. keep in mind, people can see your post history

If you're unable to do it - find someone who will do it for you (friends/family).
