Ubisoft how to activate key from ubisoft plus
I received a key from Ubisoft Plus at gamescom, but Ubisoft Connect says the key is incorrect.

how long have you been waiting for them to respond? dont expect instant responses, you have no idea how many others may be in line ahead of you waiting for help from support.

gamescom (in germany) is from 21.-25.8. maybe the key is not active yet??
