Steam issued an insufficient refund to my bank account

I bought Resident Evil 4 classic and due to bug issues I created a request to return it and my request was accepted. But instead of the $3.70 that should have been refunded, my account was refunded $0.15. What should I do? (I contacted support and my problem was solved)

I checked. Everything is normal. As before, everything is as it should be

$0.04 added back to my Steam balance. However, of the remaining $3.70, only $0.15 was refunded to my debit card.

In that case you need to speak to Steam support about it. Only they can look at what happened and correct it.
