Nope. That is not the same issue i am having. I am having black lines, not a black screen. The game loads fine, but it is just some kind of graphical artifacts. The game also is fine loading and playing. This graphical glitch just puts weird lines when playing the game.
I already installed all visual C++ libraries to 2013 versions. I had no problem with them as chrono trigger loads fine on my pc. Other people have problems because the version of Visual C++ for that game does not install properly, but i am pretty sure that is not the issue.
Thanks for trying to help, but i do not think that is the issue. Considering i installed visual C++ libraries several times on my pc, i doubt they are corrupted. I do know stuff can get corrupted any time, but i do not think that is what the issue is. Perhaps it is linked to my graphics card?
I have all versions i mean from 2013 and up installed already. I had to do this for a different older game i have played before. I already have them. Sorry, but like i said, i don't think this is the issue as i said, the same issue also appears in the game TRINITY TRIGGER. If you look at the negative reviews from that game, many people have same issue as me, but instead of asking for help, they decided just to give a negative review. Perhaps they tried to fix it like me and could not find a solution?
Here, take a look at this review for example:

Yea, it could be screen tearing. Is there anything that can fix screen tearing? Also, the same complaint has been used in Trinity Trigger. Maybe they use similiar engines to make them or something?

Even this review from Trinity Trigger says it is screen tearing, so i think your on to something. Problem is i have it in I am Sesuna, and i guess nobody else reporting it even as i see no complaints about it.
NOTE: This is probably the first game i ever ran into with screen tearing. I think your on to something there Aluvard since technically i never ran into this issue before in the past.

Also check your screen refresh rate.
Thanks. Ill check them now. The game does not have Vsync or Gsync. I do have a nvidia graphics card, so i will check those settings now.
UPDATE: The monitor refresh rate is at 250.
Even though technically my monitor works with windows 11, it is not recognized by windows 11. So it is basically seeing it as a generic monitor, and i think this is part of the problem i am having with this issue in my game. Sadly, i already contacted ACER support and they refuse to update their monitor to windows 11 and have a drivers. They apparently do this will all their new monitors. So if you have a ACER monitor, check under DEVICE MANAGER and make sure windows 11 recognizes your monitor or other people may run into same issue with other games like this. In fact, maybe this is why so many people have screen tearing if there using gaming monitors from ACER. They refuse to release updated drivers for it to fix the issue. The drivers they have are go up to windows 10. So there you have it. Issue figured out, but not solved. I blatently asked ACER support when they will release a new one. Let me copy my chat with them in support here:
well i need a windows 11 driver.
do you have a windows 11 driver there?
i just bought this monitor not long ago either.

Also, the visual artifacts can be caused by the PC GPU
so i am suprised that your company does not have a windows 11 compatible driver version.
but it could also be caused by incorrect monitor detected by windows 11 also.
i read about it and looked into it.
i want to make sure it is not because windows 11 cannot detect my monitor .
so can you get me a windows 11 driver version please?
i do not see why it would be hard. Windows 11 came out before last year.
and this monitor was sold last year.
Agent
Sorry, but for the model it shows drivers for windows 10 but not for windows 11
but it is pretty new as far as i know.
i just bought it last year.
can you please make a windows 11 driver version then?
otherwise in the future i will avoid buying ACER products as apperently they do not support new monitors with new os versions that come out.
i will also tell all my 10,000 + friends about this.
i do professional reviews on youtube and review games using your monitor shown on it.
so why can you not update the drivers to support windows 11 os?
this monitor was purchased last year.
Agent
Sorry I understood the situation, but until a driver is not published for windows 11 I cannot warranty you that a driver is going to be released it
my monitor is still on warranty.
i only bought it last year.
so what does that have to do with a new driver?
i do not understand.
so when will the new driver for windows 11 comes out? When windows 12 comes out?
I also want a copy of this chat so i can show it on my channel.
to show that you appear not to support your monitors a year after release.
Agent
Also I explain you before, there is no driver published, and I can not tell you if there is going to be releasing a driver for it
otherwise i will just print screen pictures of it.
could you ask your manager if there is going to be a driver published for windows 11 os please?
i would appreciate it. Thank you.
Agent
If you have a complaint about this situation, I can schedule a call back and a high level representative will contact you
i may refund this monitor since it is still on warranty. I will just say ACER refused to fix a issue.
nope. I just let all the people on my stuff know about this issue. Thank you. You are going to be a star on youtube on my channel.
thank you very much."
I am never going to buy their monitors in the future ever again. There products are out of date when on the shelves and they refuse to update them to current OS system with a newer driver that makes them compatible.
You don't really say what actual troubleshooting you've done. For example you don't confirm you've forced Vsync. You don't say if you've tried lowering the refresh rate to see if it goes away etc...
