I get sales tax on every game that I buy.

Make sure the address you are using on steam is set to the correct location and there is a digital sales tax that applies there for that area.

If this is not the case then steam may not have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ around to that yet for your area once you reach the checkout process where it normally would show.

But it not popping up currently. I just tried to buy a game and for location I'm in there is supposed to be sales tax but it not there.

Wish I had that issue. I would buy and keep it hush hush

It depends on the state. Not all states pushed laws for online purchases.

Ohio has sales tax. Didn't have this issue till yesterday.

Might be an issue after yesterday's maintenance.
