FAILED recovery, how to Connect to Steam Support wia email?
Cant receive any email message from steam during recovering password procedure.
Also cant create ticket because ticket system also failed trying to send email verification.

The ticket system is the only way.

If you can't get the email, try using the option saying you can't use the email and it will present you with alternative options, up to and including opening a support ticket for account recovery.

Also available mobile activation, its work and send code to mobile phone, but also failed every time with error "too much tries" on first try :\
I think Steam OPS team really need code review, so much fails in one place.

If you are failing at the logic, you should not be blaming anyone but yourself. Let's start with the most basic checks. Did you try and do account recovery while already logged in to the account you're currently logged in as? https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/3944-4D89-1B3E-27DE

Go through step by step what you tried so others can tell you where you messed up.

Here is a guide that another Steam user was kind enough to make. It will help you navigate your way thru the recovery process if you are having any problems.

Dude, am talking about FAILED logic of stupid ticket system, not yours.
All "steps" going to FAIL if your email domain ignored (banned or hided) by STEAM Support system?

Normaly organized IT structures must have a @NOC or something team for feedback and I am asking about that.

Thanks for help, but this issue is not about recovery but email recovery. No one help me with any instruction because problem is out of that problems, only REAL support teammates can.

Let's take a couple steps back. What exactly do you mean by "email recovery"? What exactly are you trying to achieve?
Hoping that there is a live admins on the other side - wrote emails to support@steampowered.com and (CC to some others) with that text:


"NOC help needed. Failed recovery account using email from google domain, e-mail not received.

I have issues with receiving emails from Steam to ***********.ORG.UA, a domain managed by GOOGLE MX servers.

My client (XXX@********.org.ua, steam account name: XXX) cant receive e-mail messages from STEAM Support when trying to recovery account password, no emails are received. "

My client trying to [any steps with Steam support] but emails are not coming at all. Email server is GOOGLE mail, filters and spam is checked.
Issue is fixed by reading logs of email server. Thanks all for trying to help!
