Refunding a game with items bough using real money.

I just bought a game and right after opening it i used real money to buy some credits in the game, if i refund the game will the money for the credits be refunded too?

Typically, in-game currencies can't be refunded after purchase.

If the currency was not part of the transaction for the game, it will not be refunded. You'll need to contact the developer of the game who you purchased the currency from.
