Fourteen, one single forum post in their post history asking to be a mod... account appears to be less than a year old. Not an automatic disqualification but I'm not sure anyone is that hard up for a mod. Nothing specifically suggest you're qualified, so good luck!

I would assume you have to be of legal working age to apply for an official job as a Steam Support Moderator. I have no idea if they are even hiring qualified candidates at the moment either way.
