SteamVR SOLUTION 108 "Please plug in your headset" 108
Firstly, try to read pre-solution section, which I wrote to the different supports (Steam and HTC), but they didn't help me. I recommend to read it first, because maybe your solution it's easier to fix, but anyway, here's what helped me -

SOLUTION:
Basically, problem is related with Microsoft Visual C++ and 64bit System architecture of computer. If you've got any problems on your computer with 64bit games like Sims 4 or Skyrim and it says 0xc00007b, so it's definitely it is. So, what I've done. I reinstalled windows(it's the only way to delete all versions of of Visual C++ as I found) and installed all years versions of 64bit Microsoft Visual C++ on my computer (DON'T INSTALL 86bit, because it causes the problems with vr and games)

Let me know, if I helped you~~

PRE-SOLUTION (Just whole text, which I wrote to support with links) :
"I have a problem with my Vive Pro. Steamvr says "Please plug in your VR headset". I have green led on my headset and can see my desktop (anything there, even can extend or duplicate it), SteamVR doesn't recognize it. Problem definitely related with software because my headset works fine with my another non-gaming computer and SteamVR recognises it. I tried to enable Direct Display via SteamVR , but my screen becomes black and led indicator turn from green to red on headset. I run as administrator SteamVR and Steam itself as well. I've done different troubleshooting pages step by step several times, but nothing did help me. I'm reinstalled drivers of Vive Pro (by option in SteamVR "Remove All SteamVR USB Devices" and manually (deleted USB devices drivers via USBDeview) and my graphical card several times as well. I disabled power management via SteamVR and manually (via Windows settings and Nvidia control panel). Also, tried to completely uninstall steam and install it in different hard drive direction (to the C) by two guides (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9609-OBMP-2526 and http://www.steampowered.com/v/index.php?area=getsteamnow) and tried to reset SteamVR (https://steamcommunity.com/app/250820/discussions/2/1640917625015598552/). If you will check my system report you will see that my VIVE Pro is connected via xHCI port (I don't have USB 2.0 ports on my pc, only three 3.1 ports). Also, tried to disable xHCI Pre-Boot mode but I have locked advanced settings in BIOS. My computer is HP OMEN 15-dc1011na, Headset S/N - FA**********. This issue can't be caused by my headset, because again - it has green led and I can see my desktop (also I connect my headset to another computer via 2.0 USB port and it worked with SteamVR and was detected fine) problem related to software or ports, I think. Once, I had my headset connected to SteamVR but for a short time and and screen on my headset's screen was black. I attach msinfo32.ifo and SteamVR report. "(these files were attached to email "
