Suddenly have no emoticon options in chat?

I am in chat with a Steam Friend and my emoticons list is suddenly empty; says "You don't have any emoticons."

This, espite me having about 38, and using them in a comment on a review recently.

Is this anything I should be worried about, or just a harmless passing glitch?

Wait, just tested it. Apparently they still work and I can still make them; it's just that I have to know the code now instead of simply being able to select them from a popup window.

If anyone scouring the forums with the same happening sees this thread, know that's how it works for me, anyway.

How do you "know the code"? Where's this list you're finding them?
The same thing's happening to me. I SPENT POINTS ON THESE STICKERS.
I GOT NOTHING. And I've been using emojis+stickers in DMs for years.

Aye, that makes two of us.Hence, the "I have to". As in, it's an unforeseen need.

So far I only remember two of them.If or when I feel ready to learn more, I think folks like you and me will need to go to our Steam Inventories and click through our trading cards to get to those icons. Though I'm guessing there are few icons we SHOULD be able to use that won't be listed there.
