Where would I post my non-specific game guide for a game I don't own on Steam?

So I own "Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments" on Epic Games but not on Steam. I want to create a steam guide for that game, but since I don't own it on Steam I can't create a game guide for it.

So I found out you can create a non-specific game guide as a workaround by using this link:

but where would I post it so that it would get views and help other people playing this game?

This workaround doesn't seem all that helpful otherwise. It seems like the only way to view this guide is directly through my steam profile.

Side question, does Epic Games support a Guides concept? If so post there. Or convince Epic to add it to their system.
