steam account name email and password changed

My friends steam account was recently hacked with the hacker in question changing his name, account email, and password. We have already sent a ticket to steam support however I wanted to see if anyone knew of any other ways to fix this issue any help would be appreciated thank you.

Your friend should make sure nothing else was compromised like his e-mail account, steam accounts don't get hacked, they get phished because someone was careless with his login credentials.

my friend has submitted a ticket to steam support explaining the issue I've never had to use steam support I assume they respond in a decent amount of time?
