csgo camera movement / i don't feel like its smooth

Hi guys as the topic says, I've got this problem.. when I am moving with my camera for me its more laggy than in the other games. I don't know if I am the only one who has this, or if its just how csgo is made.. but if you don't have it, I'll be glad if you could help me.

Just in case, my DPI is 400, Sens is 1.6
Mouse Zowie FK2, Mousepad Razer Control Fissure

I was thinking that the problem could be in my mousepad, but I tried a different mousepad ( pretty smooth ) and it was the same.. and I started noticing this when I was playing different shooting games, so I just want to know if its just how csgo is made or if I have some issues..
btw I've got V-Sync off, I am playing on 300fps, 144hz :/
