Yeah, you can't remove stuff that's registered to your account, unless it's an F2P game that still has the remove button.

Basically there's two options to "remove" games on Steam and both of them are glorified hiding methods.
There's real reasons why you cannot permanently remove games mostly legal because they used to do it in the past, but it caused headaches.

This should open a Support window to permanently remove a game from your account. The game won't be listed, but the appid of 1385510 in the URL is for the Back 4 Blood Open Beta. You should see the option "Ok, remove the listed games..." Click on this and it should remove the beta from your account/library.
