Hello everyone i bought in 2019 lot of stuff on cs go like skins or other and now i comeback on the game but i saw i cant sell nothing due by a rule, do you know how i can change that ?

Correct. Add money or buy a game and wait 7 days.

And support mods moving this to the CS2 hub was unnecessary.
