Ah okay, A friend had told me to get it not realising the early access would cost, so had to ask before paying for a game I physically couldn't play, Thanks!

While the CPU is very barely below minimum requirements, the main issue is the lack of a dedicated videocard.

Your integrated videochip is simply not up to the task.

It doesn't help that the CPU can't fully utilize the 28 Watt TDP it could in theory use, due to the lack of cooling in that Samsung notebook which will result in thermal throttling.
