It's not a light game If that what you're asking. I would say can run the game, but performance not gonna be what you expect it to be.

While the CPU is very barely below minimum requirements, the main issue is the lack of a dedicated videocard.

Your integrated videochip is simply not up to the task.

It doesn't help that the CPU can't fully utilize the 28 Watt TDP it could in theory use, due to the lack of cooling in that Samsung notebook which will result in thermal throttling.
