2. Steam Workshop mods should start downloading when you start up the game the first time once it's installed. Nexus mods you may have to re-apply, depending on whether it replaces any files. (Deleting files via Steam doesn't remove the mod files.)
3. Personally, upon launching Skyrim, I'd go under [Data Files], disable the mods and see if it works. If it does, I'd start enabling the mods one by one and see where it stops working.
The FNIS PCEA2 MCM menu said "errors when loading up FNIS PCEA2" so I tried uninstalling it but I got the t pose so I reinstalled it and still got the t pose and now no matter what I do everyone has the ♥♥♥♥♥♥' t pose.

Follow ReBoots instructions to uninstall the game. You may also want to delete the Skyrim folder in your Steamapp/common folder, as well as the Documents/MyGame/Skyrim folder.
So let's get this straight, if I uninstall then reinstall Skyrim I'll be able to keep my DLCs?
