Turning a game into a key?
So I I bought a bundle that had a bunch of games that I don't play anymore, so I was wondering if I could turn them into KEYS and sell them on G2A.

Once a game is in your library, it's tied to your account permanently and cannot be transferred.

I would suggest you stay away from that site. See how it is filtered here ? Bad keys are the reason for that in the first place. And as the good Ogami said, no, you cannot do that.

You don't really "own" any games on Steam. You have a software license agreement and don't really have anything to sell in the first place.

If you mean selling "accounts", then yes, that is a clear violation of the SSA.

EDIT..Like the good FFL said above, once a game is activated on an account, it is tied to that account for all time.
