You basically said all drivers are up to date, so where did you download them from ? I hope it was MSI for chipset and other board system drivers.....
EDIT..Have you tried to cleanly reinstall the Nvidia drivers for the GPU ?

All of the drivers are from cds I got with the parts
Well there is mostly likely your problem right there. So in fact, all of the drivers are not "new"...such as what you said in your title post here...
Go to the manufacturer's website for EVERY piece of hardware and update the drivers.
Check for critical BIOS updates as well.
Are you sure all that hardware is supported in W10 ?
EDIT..You still did not post the exact motherboard and other specifics about the hardware. CPU, for example and the exact model of the MSI board would be good here.
And remember, when you are going to build a new system, you can pre-download all the drivers that you are going to need from the manufacturer's website ahead of time, build the PC and boot it up after the OS install, and then install the drivers from a thumb drive for example where you saved them before the install. It can help to save a lot of time and hassle.
I personally never let Windows update my drivers. Some may disagree with me, but that is how I am . Good luck to you and post back if you need more help. Thanks.
